How amazingly yummy and cute would it be to have pretty little ice cream sandwiches such as these passed either as guests leave an afternoon wedding or prior to an outdoor ceremony?

Not your elementary school cafeteria ice cream sandwiches - how adorable are these?!  And they come from a DIY feature on Twig&Thistle.  (why, oh why do I have to find these on the first day of my diet...)  Someone please make and enjoy them for me!!!
